Storage

How do I get the macarons off their paper?

They are baked and sold on their sheet of paper. Lightly dampen the back of the sheet and wait a few seconds: they come away on their own.

Why don’t you ship at the end of the week?

For freshness: as parcels leave from Monday to Wednesday, they never spend a weekend waiting in a depot.

Delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

From Monday to Wednesday. An order placed at the end of the week goes out the following Monday.

The planned dispatch date is shown on every product page and in your basket, before payment.

How much does delivery cost?

The cost depends on the weight of the parcel. It is shown on every product page and in your basket, before payment.

Several boxes travel in the same parcel, so delivery works out cheaper per box.

Who delivers my order?

Chronopost, with Chronofresh, its service for food products. On the day of dispatch, you receive an email with the tracking link.

The parcel usually arrives one to two working days after dispatch.

Do you deliver abroad?

Not for the moment: we only deliver within mainland France.

Allergens

What are the macarons made of?

Sweet and bitter almonds, fresh egg whites and sugar. No colourings, no preservatives.

Which allergens do your products contain?

The macarons contain tree nuts (almonds) and eggs.

The allergens in each product are listed on its page in the online shop.

Ordering

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes. Tick “This is a gift” when you order, and enter the recipient’s address and your message: we include it on a card, and the parcel goes out without any prices.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Online: bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Link. Payment is secured by Stripe.

In the shop, cards are accepted from €10.

Can I come and buy in person?

Yes, at 9 rue Guadet in Saint-Émilion, from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm, and on Sunday, 9am to 7pm.
